A note from our founders

Graphy was founded by Roman and Andrey, childhood friends who have been building things together for most of their lives.

The idea started when we came across a data piece in The Guardian. It was clear, expressive, and instantly understandable. Anyone could look at it and get the point.

That led us to ask a simple question. Why do journalists have powerful tools to tell data stories the general public can understand, while businesses still rely on charts and dashboards that look like they were built in the 1990s, leaving people intimidated by data?

We started a small data visualisation studio and worked hands-on with companies that had plenty of data, but struggled to explain it clearly. Over time, we realised the problem was not effort or expertise. The tools themselves were not built for storytelling.

That was the Aha moment! So we decided to take everything we had learned and turn it into a product.

Graphy exists to bring clear, beautiful data visualisation and storytelling to businesses and modern software products. Today, our product is used by hundreds of thousands of people, and some of the fastest growing AI companies are already building with our visualisations.
